If the lines down the properties on Glenwood and Lakeview

were were 4"force mains they would be much lest disrupted to the properties

a 4"force main could then be run down Wilcox with its existing rights of way

 solving the disruption problems as well.

Many of parcels  in this area have multiple lots within the parcel number.

The assessments, by law, have the be applied on the basis of potential

 benefit for each lot. This means that if you have three lots within your

 permanent parcel number you will be assessed 3 times the probable $30,000

 debt service as well as the $65 monthly operating fee.

The overall taxable value goes up as well then the yearly tax bill will as well!

The owners of the farm lot west of your property have on several other occasions attempted to develop the area, once for a mobile home park.

Since the parcel is only one lot,  

the owners would have to pay for only one benefit!!!

We wonder why the town supervisor

has been promoting the sewer so hard
