The homes in this area will connect to an  8" gravity line

which is running along with the 8" gravity line from lift station#3.

There is no apparent reason for the duplication. This another case of slipshod

 engineering which only increases the

engineering  design and bill. 

Many of parcels  in this area have multiple lots within the parcel number.

The assessments, by law, have the be applied on the basis of potential

 benefit for each lot. This means that if you have three lots within your

  permanent parcel number you will be assessed 3 times the probable $30,000

  debt service as well as the $65 monthly operating fee.

The overall taxable value goes up as well then the yearly tax bill well as well!
